My back hurts
Today I would like to write a post about a muscle. This muscle is called the erector spinea and it is located in your back, and it runs from your upper spine to your pelvis and goes right over your kidneys. This muscle does not like it when the human body is pregnant. It does not like being pushed on and it especially does not like it when you sleep because the baby puts too much pressure on it and decides to make you feel like your kidneys are going to explode. You can't breath or turn your back or walk or sit comfortably. This muscle is a huge pain in the........back. This muscle only likes to make itself known when there is a baby pushing on it, other than that, it is an invisible, painless part of your anatomy that helps you bend your back. This muscle is also impossible to reach, it is hidden under layers of tissues and thick muscle, including your latisimus dorsi and your thoracolumbar apparnurosis, making it an impossible task to try and relieve any discomfort you have. So it leaves you stuck, it pain and wishing you were dead at times. :) Oh how I've missed this muscle and am so happy it has made its triumphant return into my life and will not leave until the baby exits my body. I look forward to spending time with this muscle, especially at 3:23 in the morning.
